Meg Evans


Meg Evans utilizes many styles of movement as a form of self expression and reminder that we do not always need words, we can be present, feel and simply notice.  Yoga has been a gift and journey of self study, honesty and growth. She believes we practice yoga in all that we do, that there is nothing holding us back from living whatever life makes us feel most full.

Meg holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts, Brandeis University and an MPhil. in Theatre and Performance from Trinity College Dublin. Meg is trained in movement for the stage, dance, and the Suzuki method for the actor. A Certified Yoga (RYT200) and AcroYoga teacher inspired by the offerings of Prana Flow (Shiva Rea), vinyasa, and Power Yoga (Baptiste). In 2015 Meg began to immerse herself in the practice of Ashtanga yoga at the KPJAY Institute in Mysore, India with Saraswathi Jois.








Meg connected to the practice of AcroYoga in Boston, MA. She is a certified AcroYoga teacher and thai massage practitioner. Meg has travelled the world absorbing and sharing the practice of AcroYoga.


She is deeply grateful for her teachers in all forms. She has a passion for modern dance, theatre, and whole- hearted living.
