Kids Circus yoga is a fun and playful practice for children! In our yoga workshops children discover and explore yoga through yoga poses, AcroYoga, games, partner & group exercises, circus tricks and with meditation.
Surya Namaskar workshop: the art of Sun salutation.
Learn how to breathe in the movement.
In this workshop you will learn how to breathe deeply during the Sun Salutation exercise. Asanas and pranayamas need each other. If we learn how to breathe during movement our body and our mind adapts more efficiently to life. This workshop will help us to see how vital energy circulates when we practice this powerful exercise.

Yoga in the Classroom
Highly Recommended for School Teachers and Educators
In this specialized training we will focus on creative ways to teach kids how to focus, relax, stretch and prepare their mind and body for studying while at school even without moving the chairs and tables. We will explore chair yoga as well as other ways to practice yoga with the children in the school environment. You will come out with immediate tangible knowledge and tons of fabulous ideas that will add spice to your classroom with yoga stretches, breathing exercises, interactive yoga games, kid friendly meditations and relaxation techniques.
Come fly with us some intermediate acroyoga mixed with old fashioned Dutch acrobatics moves and bubbling sisterhood energy.
Prerequisites: You should be able to to do star and reverse star in order to join this workshop.

For me, every Kirtan Camp is another opportunity to dive deeper into devotion, to remember a new what a beginner I am, and to feel, once again, the grace of my Guru. In addition to all that, what an amazing thing it is to see the Bhakti family grow and expand, to see how our “campers” have gone out to their own communities and shared the wonders of God’s names with their friends, families, students, and, in some cases, concert audiences. Let's bring a wave of prayer and song with the joy-filled and healing practices of chanting and Yoga! We will deeply explore these ancient devotional expressions, weaving together our hearts and voices in celebration and invocation of the Divine.
Bhakti Yoga is the path of personal relationship with Spirit, with God, with Goddess; a relationship that includes all the flavors and moods of the human heart. In the journey of Bhakti our emotions become the fuel to reconnect us with the Divine and, in so doing, to find healing and wholeness within ourselves.
